Discovered water on basement floor that I thought was flowing from my furnace to the floor drain. Called Prime Heating late on a Monday (after 4pm). Tuesday morning Kevin came to my house and quickly determined that it was my water heater behind the furnace was leaking. The Lochinvar water heater was 2 years out of warranty (only 8 years old) and needed to be replaced. The next morning Kevin with the assistance of Josh replaced the water heater (with a different brand). The job was professionally completed by 11 AM.

Lost heat on a holiday weekend when outdoor temperature was 18 degrees. Prime Time Heating and Cooling came out immediately, were able to do a temporary fix.
