HVAC Maintenance Services
We provide HVAC maintenance on all equipment brands, including forced air furnaces, AC units, hot water heaters, and ductless units. Our HVAC maintenance agreement includes one furnace tune up in the Fall and one AC tune up in the Spring per unit annually. You can also enjoy 15% off any repairs made during the coverage year of your agreement and priority scheduling if you need service. In addition, you will receive a discount on each tune-up’s regular price.
We recommend a yearly tune-up and cleaning for each of your HVAC units. Our team completes a 19-point heating tune-up checklist and a 12-point cooling tune-up checklist. Rest assured that as a maintenance agreement customer Prime Time Heating & Cooling will contact you to set up these appointments.
Prime Time Time heating and Cooling is also a Trade Ally through DTE and Consumers Energy that qualifies our customers for rebate incentives on installations and provides combustion efficieny testing on furnace tune -ups that also make our customers eligible for tune up rebates.
